About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Development Manager in the Industrial Sales division. This is an excellent opportunity for a goal-oriented individual who wants to grow their career and make a meaningful impact in the industry.

As a Regional Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a territory across OH, PA & WV, developing new business opportunities, and expanding existing customer relationships. You will work closely with our engineering department to deliver custom solutions to clients and contribute to the growth of our company.

Job Summary

This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel within your assigned territory. You will need to have a clean driving record and be able to use your own vehicle for business purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a territory across OH, PA & WV to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with the engineering department to deliver custom applications and solutions to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and territory activity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in industrial sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Knowledge of mechanical aptitude and ability to think critically to solve problems.
Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus earned commission and bonuses. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid vacation, and 401(k) matching.
