Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Compensation Specialist to join our team at The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. As a key member of our Executive Compensation organization, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and administering executive compensation programs that drive business results and support our company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of executive compensation trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our programs remain competitive and compliant.
  • Design and implement executive compensation programs that align with our company's business strategy and goals, including equity-based pay programs and other forms of compensation.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and competitive practices, and provide recommendations to senior leaders and the Human Resources Committee of the Board of Directors.
  • Prepare and present complex data and analysis to support executive compensation decisions, including Proxy tables and CD&A statements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement executive compensation programs that support our company's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure our programs remain compliant and effective.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or human resources.
  • 5+ years of experience in executive compensation, with a focus on design, implementation, and administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
