Job Summary

PNC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Compensation Advisor to join our Executive Compensation organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and administering executive compensation programs that drive business results and support our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain executive compensation programs that align with market trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct research and analysis on peer group and market trends to inform compensation decisions.
  • Design and implement equity-based pay programs that drive business results and support our company's growth.
  • Prepare and present board committee materials and reports to support executive compensation decisions.
  • Monitor and recommend changes to compensation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • University/college degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or human resources.
  • 5+ years of experience in executive compensation, with a focus on program design, implementation, and administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders and board members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
