Powersport Sales Representative

RideNow Powersports is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internet Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls and internet leads, confirming sales appointments, and performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume call center environment, with a proven track record of handling e-commerce sales leads. Previous experience in automotive or powersports internet sales is strongly preferred, as well as experience utilizing CRM systems such as Eleads.

As an Internet Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers, answering incoming calls and responding to internet inquiries promptly with courtesy, honesty, accuracy, and professionalism. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and thorough customer information and all interactions with guests into the CRM.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume call center environment
  • Minimum of 1 year experience handling e-commerce sales leads
  • Previous Automotive or Powersports internet sales experience strongly preferred
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Eleads, desired
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written (including exceptional email skills)
  • Energetic and Outgoing Personality
  • Professional, Pleasant, Friendly Demeanor
  • The willingness to follow up, and follow-up again, with customers (Persistently Patient)
  • Internet savvy, great computer skills, and exceptional organizational skills to keep track of all leads
  • Familiarity with and interest in powersports vehicles
