Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, answering customer calls interested in our cleaning services, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties:

  • Answer customer calls interested in receiving a Professional Home and Office cleaning service.
  • Call customers that filled out online a request for an estimate.
  • Follow up Customers, document progress using the Company's CRM.
  • Implement effective strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide excellence throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively provide a positive attitude and service and close deals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in English and Spanish.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with applications for sales tracking.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
  • Fast learner with high levels of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality is a MUST.
  • Ability to successfully multitask and prioritize various projects at the same time.
  • Must be able to work well with a variety of people without creating or being a part of gossip or friction. A team player attitude is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or One to Two years of customer service / sales experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish with the public in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Possess sound numerical proficiency.
  • Excellent work ethic and the ability to handle cash, checks, and credit cards responsibly.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
