Position Overview:


The Automotive Collision Center Supervisor at Stevens Creek Toyota is a full-time role dedicated to managing the operations within the auto repair sector.

The primary duty of this position is to oversee and coordinate all facets of the collision center's activities. This encompasses recognizing and executing operational enhancements, overseeing inventory and supplies, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage all facets of the collision center's operations, including cost estimation, invoicing, repair scheduling, and quality assurance
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are met promptly and professionally
  • Educate and oversee personnel in all areas of collision center operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company protocols
  • Uphold a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining regular communication with clients and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Identify and execute operational improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize waste
  • Supervise inventory and supplies, ensuring sufficient stock levels are maintained and that equipment is functioning optimally
  • Conduct regular performance assessments for staff and provide guidance and feedback as necessary
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for enhancements as needed

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial capacity within an automotive collision center
  • Strong understanding of automotive repair and estimation procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships with clients and staff
  • Proven history of implementing operational improvements and achieving positive outcomes
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in training and managing personnel
  • Proficient in software applications, including Microsoft Office and automotive estimating software
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in the automotive sector
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing for extended periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in automotive technology or a related field is preferred
