Your Role in Making a Difference
As an Operations Supervisor, you will report directly to the Manager and carry out daily administrative tasks to help create lasting impressions and foster trust and loyalty with patients. Upon joining an Aspen Dental practice, you will engage in an extensive training program to ensure your success in this role.
- Deliver outstanding patient service with empathy and care, adhering to patient needs, company policies, regulations, and dental board standards
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the dental team to ensure exceptional patient care
- Advise patients on treatment options provided by the clinical team, verify insurance payments, and ensure high-quality care
- Under the guidance of the Manager, oversee and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team
- Analyze daily data to assess its impact on the practice
- Manage scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments
- Verify insurance payments, manage collections, balance nightly deposits, and process credit card transactions
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients of diverse backgrounds
- Strong analytical skills; prioritize data-driven decision-making
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in sales is advantageous
