Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Aviation Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Sheltair Aviation. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with fuel orders, online times, notices of arrivals/departures, and other related tasks.
  • Enter data related to invoicing, payment processing, and fuel records with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform general cleaning and stocking duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Accommodate changing work hours, variable schedules, and weekend work as required.

Requirements:

  • A High School diploma or GED; an Associate's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
  • Two to four years of relevant experience in a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in basic math.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • A typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • A professional appearance.
