Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, using available resources and tools.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, call center, hospitality, or public relations, or sales.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, excellent English language (oral and written), with grammatical knowledge and etiquette.
