About the Role:
- Act as the key stakeholder for our Salesforce and Gainsight CS systems.
- Interface with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
- Design and deploy solutions, providing processes and documentation for enablement.
- Maintain interoperability between our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success tech stacks.

- Develop a comprehensive renewal forecast and improve our processes and methodology.
- Drive capacity planning and account assignments.
- Create scalable workflows and rules of engagement within and across teams.
- Provide critical reports, dashboards, and data insights to inform performance.
- Structure variable compensation plans to incentivize desired motions and playbooks.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of driving global cross-functional projects and optimizing go-to-market effectiveness.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership abilities.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales and Customer Success Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS growth companies.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator and Certified Gainsight Administrator.
- Advanced skills with Google Sheets and Slides, as well as a strong understanding of Go-To-Market tech stacks.
- Exceptional verbal, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to align multiple stakeholders.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $135,000 - $155,000, commensurate with experience.
- 20 days PTO, 13 paid company holidays, 5 sick days, 1 volunteer day, plus 2 rest/rejuvenation days and birthday day off.
