Job Title: Learning Experience Designer, Financial Services

We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer, Financial Services to join our team at Capital One. This role will play a critical part in the development of learning assets for our Open Enrollment portfolio.

As a Learning Experience Designer, Financial Services, you will be responsible for designing and developing courses, learning materials, and performance support tools based on industry best practices. You will work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

This is a full-time position based in [location]. We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
