About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of instructional design principles and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences. You will work closely with educators and administrators to develop and implement effective instructional strategies that promote student success.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop high-quality instructional materials and resources that align with school district goals and objectives.

Collaborate with teachers and administrators to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.

Stay up-to-date with best practices in instructional design and education technology to ensure that our learning experiences are relevant and effective.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design or a related field.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

What We Offer

A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
