  • Communication">

    • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.">

  • Meeting Arrangements">

    • Prepare agenda and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings.">

  • Copying and Distribution">

    • Making copies, compiling them into binders, and distributing to team members.">

Qualifications and Education Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must have the following qualifications and education requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.">
  • Candidates must be comfortable working in an industrial environment.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is necessary.">
  • SAP experience is also required.">
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.">
  • The ability to use discretion and judgment when handling confidential information is critical.">
  • Ability to work effectively independently and cooperatively with a diverse team is necessary.">
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and perform multiple tasks with limited supervision is required.">
