Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Variance Expert to join our team at Universal Health Services. In this critical role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations by analyzing and resolving overpayment discrepancies on paid accounts.

As a Financial Variance Expert, you will work closely with our management team to review contracts and ensure proper maintenance of PRM systems. Your ability to identify variances and advise management on necessary corrections will be essential in driving business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and resolve overpayment discrepancies on paid accounts
  • Review contracts and ensure proper maintenance of PRM systems
  • Identify variances and advise management on necessary corrections
  • Collaborate with management team to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in data analysis and contract review
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
