Position Summary:

Brightspeed is in search of a strategic innovator to become part of our Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) division. As the Marketing Strategy Manager, you will be tasked with crafting impactful growth strategies for our MDU segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • In-Depth Customer Insights: Identify and analyze the needs and preferences of MDU clientele within varied competitive environments.
  • Strategic Insight: Formulate data-informed strategies that consider the operational intricacies of multi-unit residences, enhancing customer acquisition and boosting Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).
  • Collaborative Approach: Convert strategies into practical go-to-market initiatives by working creatively with diverse internal teams.
  • Organizational Skills & Accountability: Achieve results in a dynamic setting while promoting teamwork and ensuring accountability among partners to meet common objectives.
  • Analytical Mindset with a Focus on Improvement: Leverage product performance metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement. Design and implement data-driven strategies to elevate product uptake, engagement, and business performance indicators.
  • Vision Communication: Utilize presentations, meetings, and analytical insights to inspire and engage the organization in realizing your strategic vision.
Qualifications:

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing and/or product strategy.
  • 3+ years of experience within the telecommunications sector.
  • Experience overseeing a customer base with subscription services.
  • Proven track record of achieving business outcomes and providing strategic leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from conception to completion, guiding cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and successful outcomes.
  • History of utilizing consumer insights to develop innovative approaches and experiences.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and economic principles.
  • Highly driven and self-motivated, consistently delivering high-quality work on schedule while independently managing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in quantifying the financial feasibility of new initiatives by developing business cases that demonstrably enhance key metrics such as IRR, NPV, and payback periods.
