Position Overview

Brightspeed is in search of a detail-oriented and collaborative Marketing Strategy Analyst, Special Projects to contribute to our growth strategies. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing subscriber and financial data, recommending strategic directions, leading small-scale projects, generating leads, and serving as a subject matter expert while engaging in cross-departmental initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Utilize data to extract actionable insights regarding customer behavior and business performance. Effectively communicate findings to guide strategic choices.
  • Reporting: Create and evaluate detailed reports on subscriber and financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Strategic Development: Apply a comprehensive understanding of customers, competitors, and our offerings to formulate and implement strategies that foster business growth.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and oversee lead generation processes to optimize customer acquisition, balancing innovative methods with operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, brand marketing) to achieve significant outcomes on small projects.

Qualifications:

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or a data-centric field.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Proven track record of identifying needs and executing solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in lead management.
