This role encompasses overseeing data within our Salesforce CRM, facilitating webinars, and managing various projects to completion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently navigate a comprehensive Salesforce CRM system, accurately entering data and generating reports.
  • Utilize spreadsheets (Excel) to reconcile and format data, including filtering and sorting.
  • Edit multimedia content, particularly videos, adhering to specific guidelines.
  • Proofread materials for accuracy, grammar, and formatting before entering them into the CRM.
  • Employ project management tools to track tasks and communicate project timelines.
  • Engage in professional communication with colleagues and external partners through various channels.
  • Interpret compliance standards to ensure proper data labeling.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to missing data.
  • Address client inquiries and technical questions effectively.
  • Perform additional related tasks as required.

Webinar Facilitation Duties:

  • Moderate webinars for large audiences, ensuring smooth transitions between speakers.
  • Maintain the schedule and quality of educational content during webinars.
  • Respond to attendee inquiries regarding platform technology and compliance.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues during webinars while remaining composed.
  • Support Subject Matter Experts in delivering educational content.
  • Proofread and distribute course materials to attendees.
  • Perform additional related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Experience in moderating or hosting webinars.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and clear speaking voice for virtual presentations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
  • Experience with media editing software such as Camtasia or Adobe Suite.
  • Knowledge of enterprise-level webinar software like BigMarker.
