Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to enhance our employee engagement initiatives through both onsite and virtual events. This role is essential in collaborating with various internal teams and managing external partners to deliver memorable experiences for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute onsite and virtual events.
- Support and manage team meetings and events, both onsite and offsite.
- Oversee internal event programming, including major flagship events.
- Handle event operations and logistics.
- Track and manage event budgets effectively.
- Gather and analyze employee feedback throughout the year.
- Coordinate with speakers, attendees, vendors, and event venues.
- Maintain regular communication with onsite team managers.
- Update and manage the internal Events Resource Guide for employees.
- Oversee the events calendar.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative and event coordination roles.
- Proven experience in supporting mid-sized and growing teams.
- Strong relationship management skills with external vendors.
- Excellent project management and customer service abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with Office 365 applications.
