Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Staff My Agency. As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings to provide informed advice to customers
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Property & Casualty license (required)
- Life and Health license (required)
- State Farm experience preferred
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
