- Knowledge of regulations and insurance industry practices.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies to promote insurance products.
- Experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.

- Able to learn computer functions.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
