Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships to resolve issues and retain customers
  • Act as an outside sales agent, selling supplemental insurance to provide superior customer service
  • Develop leads and schedule appointments to meet with potential clients
  • Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate clients on insurance options and provide recommendations
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • General lines, life, accident, and health license
  • Prior sales experience
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach to growing business relationships
  • Critical thinking, proactive attitude, and strong communication skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving
