Key Responsibilities:- Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to resolve issues and retain customers
- Act as an outside sales agent, selling supplemental insurance to provide superior customer service
- Develop leads and schedule appointments to meet with potential clients
- Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate clients on insurance options and provide recommendations
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- General lines, life, accident, and health license
- Prior sales experience
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach to growing business relationships
- Critical thinking, proactive attitude, and strong communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving
- Competitive compensation package, including first-year earnings of $70,000 - $120,000
