Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Health. As an Analytics Expert, you will leverage advanced analytics to enhance customer experience.
You will provide actionable insights to stakeholders through descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
Key responsibilities include delivering complex database analytics and reporting services to clinicians and customers.
You will lead data collection from multiple sources, analyze data, and create metrics to drive clinical and operational performance improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to gather and analyze data using descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics with experiences in forecasting, A/B testing, and AI/ML.
