Business Development Sales Professional

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company in North America, offers a unique opportunity for a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in the Mississippi market.
Key Responsibilities:- Market comprehensive security solutions through multi-year service contracts to decision makers across diverse industry verticals, including class A commercial properties, manufacturing, distribution, technology, higher education, and government sectors.
- Develop strategic business development plans within a designated geographic territory to achieve company growth objectives, increased market share, and positioning of Allied Universal's local presence and comprehensive solutions across diverse industries.
- Collaborate with internal support departments and operational leadership to develop customized proposals that strategically position the team to win new business and establish trusted partnerships with clients and operations teams.
- Award-winning sales professional with a strong track record of achieving sales excellence in a Business-to-Business environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written, with the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
- Proficient in web-based applications (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively plan cold calling, in-person client meetings, reporting, and goal achievement.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $100,000+, inclusive of a competitive commission plan, annual bonuses, monthly auto allowance, fuel card, and other benefits. Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance are also provided, along with enrollment in the company's 401(k) or Supplemental Income Plan, subject to eligibility requirements. Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days are also offered, as well as vacation time at an accrual rate of 2 weeks per year.
