The compensation package for the Community Operations Manager will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. Ideal candidates will possess a majority of the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Community Manager for Class A luxury residential properties
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate a full lifestyle and concierge team
  • Experience in collaborating with and reporting to executive leadership and ownership
  • Regional management experience is highly advantageous
  • Familiarity with property maintenance protocols and invoice processing
  • Experience in conducting inspections and addressing issues as they arise
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
