Sales Growth Specialist

About the Role
Rockford Territory Sales Manager needed to drive growth and sales in our Illinois market. Your role will involve building relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow existing accounts while prospecting for new business
Spend time planning and scheduling, conducting on-site visits to meet with customers and build relationships
Create effective solutions for customers using our high-quality products
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of sales experience preferred
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
Bonus programs, sales goals, and top performer incentives
