**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team at Dignity Health. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the field of otolaryngology.

**Responsibilities**

  • Perform patient evaluations, review pretreatment teaching, and recommend therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with ENT and Skull Base Surgery physicians to provide direct care interventions within the scope of practice for physician assistants.
  • Assume primary responsibility for managing patient care, including assisting surgical procedures, positioning, and first assist closures.
  • Take call after hours and weekends for all patients on service, including ICU/Floor/Tele and answering service for clinic patients.
  • Coordinate care with care management, RN oncology coordinators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree as a Physician Assistant.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in related area or specialty field.
  • Hold and maintain AZ Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants License, NCCPA certification, valid DEA registration, American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, and American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider.
