Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Document Improvement Specialist to join our team at A.P.R., Inc. (AlphaProTemps). This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $75,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
As a Clinical Document Improvement Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation. You will be responsible for monitoring and directing the daily activities of Clinical Documentation Specialists, promoting an environment that supports excellence in clinical documentation improvement concepts, and fostering collaborative partnerships with coding, Physician Advisors, medical staff, and other departments.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of clinical documentation-related experience, with direct or indirect supervisory experience. They must possess a solid understanding of clinical documentation guidelines and compliance standards, as well as intermediate computer skills, including typing skills and Microsoft applications.
