Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Liaison Specialist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Clinical Liaison Specialist, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients through the treatment process, providing them with the support and resources they need to achieve optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between patients and their healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.Deliver exceptional face-to-face patient experiences at our clinics, providing personalized attention and support.Assist patients in understanding their treatment options and developing personalized care plans.Consult with patients to gather pertinent information regarding their symptoms, mental health status, and medication history.Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
A high school diploma or equivalent.At least 2+ years of full-time work experience in a service-oriented role.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.Benefits:
