Salary: $127,316.80-$191,027.20 annually

Job Description:
We are seeking a Clinical Specialist Pharmacist to join our team at Mayo Clinic. As a Clinical Specialist Pharmacist, you will play a key role in delivering expert-level consultation, guidance, and direction for medical oncology-affiliated medication use.

Responsibilities include working with a team of oncology physicians to provide complete care to patients through consultative services and active participation in multidisciplinary patient care planning meetings. You will also optimize the outcomes of oncology patients by providing evidence-based, patient-centered drug therapies and monitoring for drug-related problems and medication cost containment.

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of a Pharmacy program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education and hold current, active board certification in area of specialty.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of four years' post-pharmacist licensure experience within the last seven years with at least 50% of time spent in specialty practice activities as defined by BPS is required.
