AI and Human Resources Strategic Leader

The SAIC organization is looking for a skilled and experienced AI and Human Resources Strategic Leader to join their Digital and AI Team. This is a highly sought-after role that will play a critical part in leading the design and operation of integrated Enterprise IT solutions that deliver AI-enabled capabilities and enable data-driven decision making to missions across the Department, Services, and Combatant Commands.
The selected candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a proven track record of implementing human resources programs, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and completing personnel transactions. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work at the senior leadership level.
As an AI and Human Resources Strategic Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and driving an industry-leading standard of excellence in people operations to build and incubate diverse and world-class talent. This will involve developing and applying best practices and analytics-driven approaches to operate with transparency and efficiency. The candidate will also be expected to identify and clarify problems, evaluate potential solutions, implement selected solutions, coach and counsel managers and employees, and complete special projects as required.
Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's Degree with demonstrated familiarity with Government Contracting and Defense, as well as strong problem-solving, reporting, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will also have a working knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems, as well as the ability to research and analyze problems at a senior level. Additionally, the candidate should have a clear understanding of human resources practices and legal requirements, and be able to communicate clearly across all levels of an organization.
Estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
