The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and teamwork-focused individual to support access to our suite of products and services across diverse communities. As an Outreach Participation Specialist, you will join our Outreach and Participation Services team, which manages a network of over 11,000 library partners in 170 countries.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Outreach Account Owners to facilitate the ordering process, provide pre-sale and post-sale support, and lead administrative tasks.
- Work with libraries to provide quotes, accept orders, and license access to ITHAKA products and services.
- Process orders across ITHAKA product lines and facilitate the renewal process in partnership with ITHAKA teams.
- Complete administrative outreach tasks, including lead assignment, data entry, and contact management.
- Ensure high-quality data in ITHAKA's CRM and respond to customer inquiries for identified needs and campaigns.
- Strong email, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well as a team member and prioritize diverse work assignments.
- Proficient in MS Office and communication platforms such as Slack.
- Experience managing outreach activities within a CRM (preferably Salesforce).
