As a Senior Account Executive, Enterprise Solutions at Amazon, you will be responsible for overseeing relationships with Amazon Freight's largest customers. This role requires a complex problem solver who can build and manage relationships with senior leaders at Fortune 500 customers.
Key Responsibilities- Own the primary commercial relationship with Customer's executive decision-makers, responsible for building and managing healthy engagements that enable profitable business growth.
- Define the account growth plan, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure alignment, and execute the plan to deliver on business objectives.
- Identify new growth opportunities and define business plans to achieve goals.
- Partner with operations leaders to define scalable operating plans for the accounts in your portfolio that help achieve target financial outcomes.
- Prioritize and effectively communicate asks of partner teams to unlock new business opportunities and growth across your portfolio.
- Manage opportunity pipeline and monitor the health of the account, which includes, but is not limited to, Customer KPI review, revenue quality monitoring, identifying additional opportunities, contract and term review to ensure contract adherence.
- 5+ years of professional or military experience.
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
