Healthcare Relationship Manager / Outreach Specialist

Role Overview: The Healthcare Relationship Manager / Outreach Specialist is tasked with driving consistent growth within a designated territory by engaging with medical providers and healthcare institutions to secure referrals as guided by the senior leadership team at OptiMindHealth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and nurture relationships with referral sources within a specified territory to generate new referrals and maintain existing connections.
  2. Conduct meetings with medical providers to understand their needs and present our service offerings, highlighting our unique attributes and specialties.
  3. Follow up with medical providers to close new business opportunities and address any barriers to growth.
  4. Identify trends in service gaps and communicate these insights to senior management, contributing to the development of new clinical services.
  5. Facilitate meetings with healthcare institution staff to gather market intelligence and enhance referral relationships.
  6. Document meeting outcomes and follow-up actions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, providing regular activity reports.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective responses to new business opportunities and address concerns from medical providers.
  8. Contribute to the strategic growth of the organization by developing and executing sales plans aimed at increasing referral growth.
  9. Analyze market demographics and referral trends to inform strategic decisions.
  10. Assist in creating marketing materials that meet the informational needs of medical providers.

Job Requirements:

  1. Sales Execution and Customer Relationship Management (75% of time)

  4. Participation in Strategic Growth Initiatives (5% of time)

  7. Willingness to travel and maintain a flexible work schedule.

Preferred Education and Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of two years of healthcare sales experience.
