Job Title: Relationship Banker

As a Relationship Banker, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources.
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
  • Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs and connect them to solutions that meet their goals.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients and the bank.
Requirements:
  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
  • Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions.
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
