Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advertising sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to create targeted sales plans and strategies, optimizing advertising product market positioning and value proposition.
- Promote advertising products to clients, effectively communicating the advantages and value of advertising products to drive sales targets.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to optimize existing advertising products and develop new products based on market demand.
- Provide sales training and support to sales teams, helping them understand advertising products and sales strategies, improving sales skills and performance.
- Coordinate commercialized sales standard processes, establish sales incentive schemes, and core sales responsible person interface.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness and performance indicators of advertising sales activities, generating regular sales reports to evaluate strategy effectiveness.
- Adjust sales strategies based on data analysis results, optimizing sales processes to improve advertising sales conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, understanding their business goals and advertising needs, providing personalized advertising solutions.
- Proactively discover potential clients, develop new business opportunities, and expand customer bases.
Job Requirements
- Relevant advertising strategy work experience.
- Understanding of advertising systems, proficiency in advertising commercial models, familiar with various advertising platforms' pricing mechanisms, bidding mechanisms, advertising recall, sorting, and other system principles, as well as various types of delivery modes.
- Strong business thinking and goal-oriented skills, able to coordinate all resources to drive business goals.
- Able to analyze business problems through data analysis.
- Good communication and expression skills, logical thinking skills, and systematic thinking skills.
