We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with a passion for problem-solving and teamwork to join our innovative Media Operations team. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, applying your critical thinking skills to plan and execute advertising campaigns across our rapidly-growing retail media network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build monetization strategies and manage media/data inventory to set up campaigns.
  • Coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams.
  • Function as a key project decision maker and SME to prioritize media plans/campaigns and optimize per client's needs.
  • Provide AdTech solutions, troubleshooting, and build process for new monetization opportunities.
  • Support Senior Ad Operations Managers with day-to-day routing, approvals, timelines, capturing feedback, and keeping up to date on campaigns and conversations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or STEM.
  • 3-4 years of Ad Operations experience in a publisher or an advertising agency.
  • Experience working in Digital Out or Home (DOOH) or In-Store Retail Media Network industry (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

  • Strategic thinking and analysis.
  • Effective communication and facilitation.
  • Advertising knowledge and industry insights.
  • Digital marketing experience (preferred).
