Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly of innovative submersible electric motor-driven pumps and related products. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring high-quality standards throughout the assembly process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of parts to ensure quality.
  • Assemble pumps and perform both mechanical and electrical testing.
  • Document assembly processes and maintain accurate production logs.
  • Identify and retrieve necessary components for assembly.
  • Execute performance testing and prepare products for distribution.
  • Manage paperwork and assist in modifying parts as needed.
  • Perform routine facility maintenance and other related tasks.
Required Skills

Hard Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in assembling mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to adapt quickly with minimal training.
Position Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity.

Work Environment

This position requires on-site work, where you will handle pumps of various sizes, utilizing hand trucks or overhead cranes as necessary. Our company promotes a family-oriented culture that values wellness and performance, with regular meetings to discuss updates and wellness initiatives. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday.
