We are currently on the lookout for a Mechanical Assembler to enhance our workforce. The ideal candidate will undertake a variety of mechanical, maintenance, and general labor responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assembly, testing, disassembly, inspection, and finishing of electric motors
- Guarantee the quality of work prior to testing
- Complete all required documentation accurately
- Interpret drawings, sketches, geometric dimensioning, tolerances, and repair manuals
- Provide constructive feedback to the engineering team regarding assembly and testing challenges to mitigate future issues
- High School Diploma; technical college education is a plus
- Proven experience in a related field
- Familiarity with rotors, routing components, and the ability to perform dynamic balancing
- Competence in various craft skills for the repair and manufacturing of electrical, mechanical, and rotating equipment
- Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators
