  • Provide constructive feedback to the engineering team regarding assembly and testing challenges to mitigate future issues
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma; technical college education is a plus
  • Proven experience in a related field
  • Familiarity with rotors, routing components, and the ability to perform dynamic balancing
  • Competence in various craft skills for the repair and manufacturing of electrical, mechanical, and rotating equipment
  • Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators
