Our esteemed client is seeking a diligent Assembly Technician for a Temp to hire opportunity within a leading manufacturing organization. Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment and must have completed high school or obtained an equivalent qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble mechanical and electrical components to construct intricate systems in accordance with engineering specifications.
  • Test and troubleshoot systems to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Perform visual inspections of components and finished systems to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain precise records of production metrics, testing outcomes, and other relevant assembly documentation.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including engineering, quality assurance, and production, to optimize assembly workflows.
  • Propose enhancements to the assembly process aimed at improving efficiency and minimizing production costs.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Ensure tools and workspaces are kept clean and organized.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is mandatory.
  • Candidates must be capable of frequently lifting and/or moving up to 30 pounds and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 60 pounds.
