Key Responsibilities:
- Execute assembly, testing, disassembly, inspection, and finishing of electric motors
- Guarantee the quality of work prior to testing
- Diligently complete all required documentation
- Interpret drawings, sketches, geometric dimensioning, tolerances, and repair manuals
- Offer insights to the engineering team regarding assembly and testing challenges to mitigate future issues
- High School Diploma; technical college education is a plus
- Proven experience in a related field
- Familiarity with rotors, routing components, and the capability to perform dynamic balancing
- Competence in various craft skills for the repair and manufacture of electrical, mechanical, and rotating equipment
- Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators
