Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled **Field Sales Engineer** to become a part of our dynamic team at Rexel.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote, market, and demonstrate our product offerings.
  • Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and upselling to existing customers.
  • Identify and pursue new accounts within designated territories.
  • Utilize personal expertise and available resources to explore product applications.
  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare product quotations and ensure ongoing follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members on large-scale customer projects and advanced automation challenges.
  • Gather and report insights on competitors, pricing strategies, product offerings, and market dynamics.
  • Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to enhance both personal and product knowledge.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Exhibit a positive, friendly, and supportive demeanor towards clients.
  • Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and work additional hours when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma, a two-year technical degree, or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Customer-focused with outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
  • Possess strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of products and applications is essential.
  • Experience in sales within the construction industry is advantageous.
