Job Overview

At AMP Payment Systems, we're seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our merchant services team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, developing a structured sales program, and assembling a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Present and sell our payment solutions to new and existing customers, consistently achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines.
  • Program Development: Design and implement a comprehensive sales program, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Team Management: Assemble and lead a dynamic sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Training and Development: Train salespeople of all levels of experience on our sales program, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the merchant services industry.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in selling and managing in the merchant services industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM platforms and comfort with technology, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Leadership Qualities: Strong negotiation skills, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Business Acumen: Detail-oriented approach with an emphasis on meeting deadlines, managing budgets, and driving revenue growth.
