Amotec Inc. is a leading manufacturer seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to oversee process engineering and continuous improvement teams. Located in a thriving region, our client is committed to excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements using Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Lead the CI group in collaboration with maintenance and operations functions to drive site-wide improvements.
- Participate in site-wide planning, including capital management and inventory control.
- Design and deliver CI training programs to enhance plant performance.
- Engage production personnel to identify and suggest improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to measure and report cost savings and project expenditures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- 8+ years of experience in lean manufacturing continuous improvement methodologies and techniques in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and report on cost savings and project expenditures.
- Metals experience preferred.
- Experience with SAP and other relevant systems is a plus.
