Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements using Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
  • Lead the CI group in collaboration with maintenance and operations functions to drive site-wide improvements.
  • Participate in site-wide planning, including capital management and inventory control.
  • Design and deliver CI training programs to enhance plant performance.
  • Engage production personnel to identify and suggest improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to measure and report cost savings and project expenditures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • 8+ years of experience in lean manufacturing continuous improvement methodologies and techniques in manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on cost savings and project expenditures.
  • Metals experience preferred.
  • Experience with SAP and other relevant systems is a plus.
