Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and financial parameters for a new home acquisition.
  • Present model homes to prospective clients, emphasizing key features and advantages.
  • Oversee the sales cycle from agreement to finalization.
  • Foster and sustain client relationships throughout the sales journey.
  • Collaborate with various teams to formulate effective sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • A valid North Carolina Real Estate License.
  • Previous experience in New Home Sales is advantageous.
