Salesforce Developer

Our Major Financial Services Client is your destination for discovering your next temporary role. We are currently sourcing for a Salesforce Developer to work at Our Client's location in Smithfield, RI

The Expertise and Skills You Bring:

  • Bachelors in computer science or related major with 6+ years of CRM development experience Or Master's in computer science or related major with 4+ years of CRM Development.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified Salesforce Developer
  • Experience with Salesforce Communities or Marketing Cloud is preferred
  • AWS certification would be preferred
  • Knowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of : Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud
  • Demonstrated experience with development platform
  • Experience crafting Lightning Apps combining Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder and Lightning Web Component features.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers, Classes, Callouts, SOQL, Workflow Rules, Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder and Platform events.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce design principles, technically scalable data modeling, Governor limits, development standard methodologies.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API and micro services development along with Salesforce API integration
  • Demonstrated experience of full Software Development Life Cycle, DevOps, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development.
  • Experience with Application build and deploy using Continuous Integration/ Deployment (CI/CD) tools - Jenkins and Salesforce DX.
  • Demonstrated experience of administration and end user security requirements
  • Experience with large scale system implementation, integration, interfaces, and data conversion
  • Experience in using efficient methodologies (e.g. Agile) and driving development platforms
  • Demonstrable experience in bridging the needs and pace across business and IT teams
  • Excellent facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Participate in client discussions during requirements gathering to provide suggestions on using tools and techniques to arrive at feasible and scalable solution.
  • Seeing complex challenges from multiple perspectives and leaning in to solve independently or with others.
  • You own the outcome by taking personal accountability for delivering strong results.
  • Passion and intellectually curiosity to learn new technologies and business areas.
  • Crafting intuitive solutions to real world business problems.
  • Superb communication skills, both through written and verbal channels.

The Team

The Agency Lending Core Team will support the Tribe by driving a culture of features & functionalities as a priority on equal footing with stability, resiliency & performance of the platform.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
