Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of Levi Strauss & Co.'s history, heritage, and brand values.
- Demonstrate expertise in product knowledge and provide personalized recommendations to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by connecting with customers, consulting on their needs, and closing sales.
- Meet or exceed daily sales and performance goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Comply with cash handling guidelines and maintain a secure and organized store environment.
- Assist stock associates with replenishment and security tagging of merchandise, as needed.
- Participate in pricing and inventory management processes to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
- Maintain a clean and visually appealing store appearance, adhering to Levi Strauss & Co.'s visual presentation standards.
Requirements:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend shifts, to meet business needs.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent walking, squatting, and bending.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
