Job Summary:

ISN Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tobacco Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a Tobacco Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting inspections and enforcing regulations related to tobacco sales and advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct undercover inspections of tobacco retailers and businesses to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Safeguard minors during inspections and complete reports when violations occur.
  • Conduct advertising and labeling inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Work with contractors to ensure they have the necessary skills and qualifications to perform inspections.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective enforcement of regulations.

Requirements:

  • Currently employed with local or state government.
  • Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).
  • Pass a background check.
  • Reliable access to high-speed internet.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
