About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Systems Engineer to join our team at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy cloud-based infrastructure solutions using Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure.
  • Implement and manage network security protocols, including firewalls and access controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize infrastructure needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards for infrastructure operations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders on infrastructure-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in cloud computing and infrastructure management.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering and management.
  • Proficiency in cloud-based networking technologies, including VPC, NAT Gateways, and Transit Gateways.
  • Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, Panorama, and Meraki Switches.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure identity governance technologies, including Mobile Device Management (MDM), Multifactor Authentication (MFA), and Single-Sign-On (SSO).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
