Infrastructure Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our server and network infrastructure, including patch management and implementation plans.
- Develop and implement network management and monitoring plans for our server and network infrastructure.
- Assist with infrastructure projects, including server and network upgrades and migrations.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours work and 3rd-level escalations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of our infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a system administration capacity.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of virtualization technology and storage area networks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud orchestration concepts and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Knowledge of computer systems, voice and data networks, data analysis, and programming technologies.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell and C#.
- MCSE or other technical certifications.
