As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing innovative insurance solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $45k - $55k (based on experience) plus uncapped commission potential. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 4 weeks of PTO, 10 paid holidays, and a flexible work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients. A Property & Casualty license is preferred but not required, as we offer paid licensing training and testing.

You will be working from the comfort of your own home, utilizing cutting-edge technology to provide quotes and sell policies across multiple insurance lines and carriers. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain one)
